"Main Street to the Mountains"

Sunni ann mural art photo.jpg

Walhalla was established in 1850 by German settlers and is rich in heritage and history. The original layout and landscape of the old town is still intact with a lot of the original buildings. Wandering through town will take you back to a simpler time. If you are looking for Southern charm, and sweet Southern hospitality look no further.  At the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains there lacks nothing for the outdoor enthusiast and adventurer to do. There is hiking, biking, climbing, fishing, boating, water sports and anything else you could possibly think of. The Palmetto Trail that stretches from the ocean to the mountains will soon end in Walhalla, right near 300 Main!

If you need a place to stop, stay, shop and eat, Main Street Walhalla is it. You will find boutiques, specialty stores, coffee, sweet shops, wine bar, bakery, Mom and Pop restaurants, and a mercantile store.
